After a string of sell-out shows and festival appearances in the UK and Ireland, Soundings Holy Trinity comes to Cork for the very first time as part of the inaugural Sounds From A Safe Harbour festival, curated by Bryce Dessner (The National) and Cork Opera House. We’ve called the show Soundings from a Safe Harbour and we’re very excited to announce that our Holy Trinity of guests for this edition are the three Dessner siblings: Bryce, Aaron and Jessica. The show will take place in a disused old bonded warehouse in the Port of Cork, that has never before been opened to the public.
Soundings is a show for the curious, the serious and the hilarious. In this live show-come-podcast, Irish broadcaster Dylan Haskins and acclaimed singer-songwriter Lisa Hannigan are joined by a Holy Trinity of guests invited from the festival line-up for a wonderfully Irish hour and a half of stories and song. Each guest will share three stories to inspire, alarm and humour, along with live musical interludes.
Time: 2pm
Location: B11 Bonded Warehouse, Port of Cork

Described by The Telegraph as “a pair of erudite, witty London–based Dubliners”, Dylan and Lisa bring that age old Dublin spirit for song and storytelling wherever they go. Previous guests have included Sharon Horgan, Gabrielle Aplin, Hudson Taylor, David Arnold and Giles Duley.
